Hi. I'm Melissa Ray. It's great to meet you.

I am honored to be the mom of three wonderful children living in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia. My life has been full of great experiences, but not without its share of heartache and disappointment. How I have responded to it all has made the difference! 

 

I love life! I am loyal, truthful, full of joy and kind. Love and encouragement for others, as well as Prayer, are my superpowers!

 

I have been an elementary school teacher, stay at home mom, home schooling mom, self employed, bookstore owner, corporate employee and I have published magazine articles and books. I love Jesus, my family, community and educating children. 

 

I am an author of poems, articles and books. I am an encourager by nature which makes me a great Belief Coach. I make friends everwhere and am alive with optimism, which makes me a great speaker. I cannot wait to meet you.

When I turned 50, there were some major life events that shook me. I realized more than ever, how fleeting my time on Earth really was. I began to pay attention to the gifts that my Creator poured into me and then I decided to use them. Mind you, they are not perfectly polished, but isn't that exactly what God wants? In Micah 6:8 (ESV), we learn what God wants of us.

He has told you, O man, what is good;
   and what does the Lord require of you
but to do justice, and to love kindness,
   and to walk humbly with your God?

It's as simple as having a humble heart and a willingness to use the talents He placed inside of each of us! I hope that you will stick around to find the road map created just for you!
